About
The DOF Reality HERO 2 Motion Flight Simulator Platform is a 2-degree-of-freedom motion simulator designed for flight simulation, helicopter simulation, and racing applications. Engineered with additional gearboxes on each motor, the platform is designed to provide smoother motion for the slower movement characteristics commonly found in flight simulations.
The HERO 2 moves the seat, monitor, yoke, joystick, and pedals together as a complete motion platform. Through its full-platform motion design and telemetry-based software integration, it simulates aircraft movements, including pitch, roll, runway bumps, turbulence, vibrations, collisions, climbs, descents, and turning forces.
Designed as a plug-and-play motion platform, the HERO 2 includes integrated motors, a control unit, motion software, and mounting hardware. The platform supports a wide range of user-supplied seats, VR systems, flight controls, steering wheels, and pedals.
