1. Manufacturer’s Warranty

2. Product Quality

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to inspection and approval.

To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Inspect the package upon delivery

  • If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt before signing

  • If you cannot inspect immediately, mark the delivery receipt as “suspect damage”

Please email clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or product to support@lifestylehobbies.com within  48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.

3. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage generally does not include:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

4. Filing a Warranty Claim

We will review your submission and may request additional information. If the claim is approved, we will coordinate next steps in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Shipping and Labor Responsibilities

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Shipping the product back to us for evaluation is your responsibility.

  • If a repair or replacement is approved, shipping the new item may be handled by us.

  • Labor or installation costs are not covered under standard warranties.

6. Warranty Transferability

Most manufacturer warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Any exceptions or extended warranty options will be specified in the manufacturer’s documentation.
