2. Product Quality and Damaged or Defective Items

  • If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt before signing

  • If you cannot inspect immediately, mark the delivery receipt as “suspect damage”

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for warranty evaluation

  • If a warranty repair or replacement is approved, outbound shipping for the replacement item may be covered by the manufacturer or Lifestyle Hobbies

  • Labor, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs are not covered under standard warranties
