Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters processing or is handed off to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

 

After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please contact us to arrange a return after delivery.

All post-delivery cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, including applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees.
