• Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days from the date your order is placed
• Ships by LTL freight carrier with liftgate service
• Curbside delivery. The driver unloads at the curb or the end of your driveway — not inside your home or garage
• Crate weight is approximately 1,250 lbs and arrives in multiple panels. Please arrange 4 or more people to move it into position
• The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Tracking is emailed as soon as the unit ships
• Inspect the crate before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it — this protects your freight claim
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: contact us for a freight quote before ordering
