Please read before ordering. This is a crated freight item, not a parcel shipment. The timeline below supersedes the general shipping timeframes shown elsewhere on this site.
• Free freight shipping to the 48 contiguous United States
• Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days from the date your order is placed
• Ships by LTL freight carrier with liftgate service
• Curbside delivery. The driver unloads at the curb or the end of your driveway — not inside your home, garage, or yard
• Crate weight is approximately 1,350 lbs. Please arrange 4 or more people, and any equipment needed, to move the unit into position
• The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Tracking is emailed as soon as the unit ships
• Inspect the crate before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it — this protects your freight claim
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: contact us for a freight quote before ordering
Installation & Electrical
• Professional installation is available as a $4,000 add-on at checkout
• Electric heaters require a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Electrical work is not included in the purchase or installation price
